1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 First-Time Subscribers

If you are subscribing to TargetHit VIP for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. No questions asked – if you're not satisfied, simply contact us for a refund.

1.2 Renewal Payments

Renewal payments (subsequent billing cycles after your first payment) are not eligible for refunds. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription payments made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Renewal payments after the initial 7-day period
  • Trading losses incurred while using our services
  • Losses due to auto-trading execution or technical issues
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Subscriptions that have been previously refunded and resubscribed
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@targethit.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the date of your payment
  3. Wait for confirmation – we will respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Receive your refund – processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

4.1 How to Cancel

  • Self-Service: Log in to your account, go to Settings → Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@targethit.ai

4.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your VIP access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Auto-trading will be disabled at the end of your billing period
  • You will no longer receive VIP signals after your subscription ends
  • Your account will revert to free tier access
  • No future charges will be made to your payment method

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback

We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@targethit.ai before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Extended Service Outages: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 continuous hours) due to issues on our end
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a technical error
  • Duplicate Subscriptions: If you accidentally created multiple paid accounts

These exceptions are granted at our sole discretion. Please contact support with details about your situation.

7. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
