You acknowledge that technical issues, exchange outages, or network problems may affect trade execution
You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and appropriate risk settings
TargetHit is not liable for any losses resulting from auto-trading, including but not limited to losses from technical failures, market volatility, or incorrect settings

All content on TargetHit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, trading signals, educational materials, and software, is the property of TargetHit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute our signals or VIP content
Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or trading systems
Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Impersonate any person or entity
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TargetHit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
